Ivory Feest II –
I bought the single tiered over toilet stand. I don’t usually purchase anything that has less than 300 reviews on it, but this is the only one I could afford that met the dimensions I needed. The first thing you should know if you’re looking at this is that there’s a misrepresentation in the photos: It shows a roll of toilet paper on the second bar. I wouldn’t recommend getting this one if that’s your deciding point unless you intend to keep your Allen wrench on the shelf to screw and unscrew the bar every time you wish to change your toilet paper roll. I know this because there were no assembly directions and I had to put it together based on the photo.*The quality of the drilled holes is immaculate. I’ve put together a lot offurniture and not a single machine screw went in crooked. Additionally, as long as you assemble both sides identically, it will work because the threads are in the bars. This is made from aluminum. So, it’s lightweight and sharp. I belatedly realized that this is why it came with a pair of cotton gloves, but they wouldn’t have helped anyway as they were too small. Funny thing is that I still don’t know how I cut myself. It’s not the most sturdy shelf, but they have these ingenious caps that go on the bottom where you can add adjustable feet (also comes with the product) and it makes up for any wobbles you might end up with whether your floor is uneven or you just didn’t tighten one of the srlfrws quite tight enough and can’t easily get back there to fix it…. you know, incase you are occasionally absentminded about things like that…not that I know anyone who’s like this. This shelf also came with optional clamps you could stick to the wall and hanging hooks that would definitely be useful for additional sturdiness and accessories. I think the price is a little steep for what you’re getting, but I don’t think this is the manufacturer’s fault. Something about this product feels too thought out to be mass produced and someone has to eat the shipping costs. We’re all just trying to get by and I don’t regret it.*I also have some assembly information.Main pieces:1 shelf2 large straight leg bars2 large curved leg bars2 U shaped support leg cappers2 short support bars2 medium support bars5 long support bars18 machine screws1 Allen wrenchHand screw everything together and don’t tighten everything with the Allen wrench until the endThe U shaped leg cappers have two holes in one side. These go on the back. So, make sure the two holes line up with the straight leg barsThe fit is so straight that some of the screws have to be wiggled a little to get through everything. I recommend assembling both sides then picking a side. You can wiggle the screw through the machine hole, hold the screw with your finger and then twist the bar on.
